Always a place in our hearts

As a couple in the world of dogs Christy and I have shared the love of some very special canine partners, who have crossed the rainbow bridge to the place in heaven where we will someday hold them again.  So far we  have not had to say the final farewell to one of our Russell's, but some others that are sorely missed.

Not only was "Coop" my go too hunting partner, he became my constant companion.  At just over 2 years old, Coop certified as a "Physical Therapy dog" and Shortly thereafter we began visiting and helping with handicapped persons in their rehab.  Cooper soon got so good that we went on and got special certifications for rehab with the elderly.

Late in his life he was a great companion to our little one's, always a super father to his kids here he makes sure that "Aurora" is safe.

Although CJ and I never really agreed on this little girl, I fell for her at the first encounter.  Casey turned out to be a shining star and when crossed with Coop she provided us some great puppy's and proved to be a super mom.

Ch Coldwater's Worth the Wait      "Jasmine"

Jasmine was a product of a cross between Cooper and Casey, she was very much a lady and super lovable.  She hunted well and loved to keep everyone busy finding things she would hide.

Bear was the king of friends he was a constant companion and truly lived up to the image of a family protector.  More times then I can say he was there at the side of family making sure we were all safe.
